1:ORDERS
Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped within 48-72hrs (during public holidays and busy periods, these times may vary). Once dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent confirming the tracking details.
2:SHIPPING
Items will be shipped, insured and tracked via our courier. Your tracking number will be confirmed via email when dispatched.
3:GIFT SHIPPING
Have you seen the perfect gift for a friend? Would a relative swoon over one of our pieces? Or do you just want to unwrap a present to yourself? Well, at GalleryMBT we will wrap and post your gift at no extra charge. All you have to do is provide the recipients address and any message you would like to send when you check out.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect address information at checkout.
4:RETURNS
14 Days no worry returns. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return within 14 days. Item must be returned in original packing and insured. Once received back at Gallery MBT a refund will be raised minus the postage charges providing the returned purchase is not damaged.
